Situation
A Dutch startup had built a recovery app for people with addiction. An AI-supported WhatsApp chatbot. The drop-off rate was enormous. Someone fighting their way out of an addiction doesn't stick with a text box.
We fundamentally rethought the product: a gamified learning path on the Duolingo principle, with daily modules, progress tracking and therapeutically grounded exercises. On top came building the technical team, orchestrating the AI agents in the backend and developing the prompts for the therapeutic context.
What we took away
In practice the role was closer to a co-founder than a classic consultant. For an AI-first product in such a sensitive context, close, continuous collaboration is what makes the difference.
At a large Austrian social-services organisation we have been supporting AI adoption for over a year. Not as a one-off project, but as an ongoing process: from workflows in energy advisory and a legal-information tool for the in-house lawyers to a four-part workshop series for key users.
Bookkeeping for sole traders in Austria. Snap or forward a receipt, Buchfink reads and books it and prepares the VAT return and the annual return for FinanzOnline. Built and run by us.
Meta ads for agencies and marketing teams. Creatives in, Aderato launches them into the right campaigns, stops daily whatever runs above the target cost, and writes the client report.
