AI workshops for companies in Austria

We run AI workshops for management, leaders and specialist teams. We work on processes from your day-to-day business, not on tool demos. More than 40 workshops across the DACH region so far.

Who an AI workshop is for

Many teams have already tried AI, usually individually and without a shared picture of where it really helps in their own company. An AI workshop creates that picture. It is aimed at management, leaders and specialist teams who want to assess the opportunities and risks of AI for their company before money goes into tools or projects.

Every workshop is prepared for one company and works with its processes, for example enquiries, reports or documents. By the end, participants have identified at least three use cases of their own and built a prototype of one of them. So far we have run more than 40 workshops across the DACH region.

Workshop formats for companies

Keynote format for leadership

For management and the leadership team. The focus is on where AI offers opportunities in your own company, where its limits are and which decisions come next. This creates a shared understanding in management before budgets and projects are assigned.

In-depth workshop per team

For a single specialist team. The team works on its own processes, collects use cases, rates them by effort and impact and builds a prototype of one.

Multi-part programmes for the whole organisation

For organisations that want to introduce AI broadly. Several sessions build on each other. A proven approach is to train key users first, who then pass the knowledge on to their teams.

Workshop documentation

After the workshop you receive documentation of the use cases and results. It is the basis for deciding which use cases you take further.

How an AI workshop runs

  1. 1

    Preliminary call

We clarify objective, participants and date, and agree which processes the workshop will cover. The intro call takes 30 minutes and is free of charge.

  2. 2

    Preparation

We prepare the workshop around your processes, so participants practise on their own work rather than on examples from other industries.

  3. 3

    Workshop

Collect use cases, rate them by effort and impact, build a prototype of one. Every participant leaves with at least three use cases of their own.

  4. 4

    After the workshop

You receive the workshop documentation. If a use case is to be implemented, the next step is AI consulting or going straight to delivery.

From practice

Who leads the workshop

Workshops are led by Simon Micheler. He studied communication science, wrote his thesis on AI in journalism in 2017 and brings over ten years of experience in product work and team leadership. He teaches at the WIFI Vienna Management Forum and is the author of the book "Digital Translator" (Linde Verlag) on the interface between business and AI.

When a workshop turns into a delivery project, Nikolay Krastev takes over the technical side.

Frequently asked questions about AI workshops

How is an AI workshop different from tool training?

In tool training, participants learn the features of a piece of software. In our workshops they work on processes from their own day-to-day business. By the end, every participant has identified at least three use cases of their own and built a prototype of one.

Who is an in-house AI workshop for?

For management, leaders and specialist teams. There is a keynote format for leadership, an in-depth workshop for individual teams and multi-part programmes for organisations introducing AI broadly.

Does the workshop also cover the opportunities and risks of AI?

Yes. We show on your processes where AI reliably helps today and where it does not. Sometimes the honest answer is a better template or a clear workflow instead of AI.

How long does an AI workshop take?

That depends on the format, from the keynote format for leadership to a multi-part programme, and is agreed in the preliminary call. The in-house workshop for PM teams, for example, takes one to two days.

What happens after the workshop?

You receive documentation of the use cases you worked out. If you want to implement one of them, we support that as AI consulting or implement it directly, as automation or as a custom AI solution.
