Our approach to AI
KI ALPIN uses artificial intelligence where it brings a clear benefit to a project. AI is part of our way of working in consulting and in our own development. It helps us complete tasks faster and make results more traceable. The client's objectives and the quality of the work always take priority.
Where we use AI
We use AI in various areas depending on the project:
- Analysis and research. Processing data, recognising patterns and gathering relevant information.
- Preparation and documentation. Creating reports, evaluations and documents.
- Development. Support in building custom AI and software solutions as well as in quality assurance.
- Communication. Clear and precise wording of texts such as concepts and reports.
Which data is processed
Our AI systems only process data that is required for the respective project. This includes information provided by the client, publicly accessible sources and internal project data. Personal or sensitive data is processed within the framework of the GDPR. Where possible, we work with anonymised or pseudonymised data. Further details are governed by the privacy policy.
Responsibility and control
AI supports the work but does not replace professional judgement. All significant decisions and the final review of results lie with us. We use tools that meet recognised data protection and security standards, and continuously review their use.
Your rights and choices
As a client, you have full transparency and control over the use of AI in your project:
- Information. You learn where and how AI is used in your project.
- Objection. You can request that AI is not used in certain areas. In that case, we choose another approach.
- Data protection. You can request information about the processed data or the deletion of personal data at any time.
