Creative industry · Ads Own product AI pipeline for the continuous generation of ad creatives across Meta, TikTok and Google. Briefing in, performance-tested variants out.
Consulting tool Own product A companion for consultants in discovery phases: guides structured work through hypotheses, checks consistency with previous interviews and suggests the next questions.
Process automation · Timber industry A timber group with over 1,000 product variants used to create quotes based on construction plans. That took up to two weeks. We built an agent system that reads construction plans, detects sales signals and assembles a finished quote in minutes via the in-house CRM.
AI strategy · Digital health A Dutch startup had built an AI-supported recovery app for people with addiction — a WhatsApp chatbot with an enormous drop-off rate. We fundamentally rethought the product: a gamified learning path on the Duolingo principle, with daily modules and therapeutically grounded exercises.
AI strategy · Workshops · Non-profit At a large Austrian social-services organisation we have been supporting AI adoption for over a year. Not as a one-off project, but as an ongoing process: from workflows in energy advisory and a legal-information tool for the in-house lawyers to a four-part workshop series for key users.
